If for any reason you are unhappy with goods you purchase through this website, you can return them to me within 30 days. I will refund your purchase price in full.

All goods being returned must be undamaged and suitably packed.

All postage charges incurred for returning goods will be the responsibility of the sender.

Please ensure that all returns are sent in such a way as they need to be signed for by the recipient. Recorded delivery is acceptable in the UK and insurance is at your discretion. For overseas please make arrangements with your courier at the time of sending. Unfortunately proof of posting does not guarantee proof of delivery and I can only process refunds for goods I actually receive.
