The year 1996 marked his first great step towards his future, gaining his first appointment at Lehman Brothers. He then went to UBS Warburg and became the manager of their Debt Capital Market Division in 1997. Charles Rosier managed UBS Warburg’s French-speaking markets of France, Belgium and Quebec.
Because of the investment provided by him, the organisation was able to conduct studies and give a percentage of their profit to Charles Rosier. Professor Etienne Baulieu led Mapreg, a pharmacological organisation that was supported by Mr Rosier when he started his healthcare projects. When Baulieu and his colleagues were experiencing financial difficulties on developing a new drug, he financed them.
